4th of July with Sarah

My cousin Sarah and her boyfriend work at the World Health Organization in Geneva. On the 4th of July, I went out with them for Thai food. Here we are by the water in Geneva.

After dinner, we went to the July 4th celebration that's organized by a bunch of Americans in Geneva. Apparently it's the biggest July 4th celebration outside the US. It was just like I remembered from home ... you know, with country line dancing, Elvis, French pastries, hot air balloons ... and these lovely dancers who kept us entertained for a while.

Ok, so even if it wasn't the same as the small-town parades I remember, or even the big city celebrations, at least they had fireworks. :)
