a living room of familiarity

I walk into a living room full of famililar people. They are sitting in a circle. An older woman is sitting on a couch. She and I talk about her grandmother, a very wise woman. She tells me that her grandmother always prayed a Rosary with ____ (a Christ figure? a crucifix?) on her lap, turning it at various angles throughout the practice. It was some amazing miracle work.

I see Vivi. We hug. It's intense. We sit down, and she's suddenly Erik W. We are sitting very close together in a couch/chair. He's wearing shorts, sitting with one leg up. I think of his penis.
